CFO | Fast Growing Venture Capital Firm | San Francisco| Hybrid | Comp: Base + Bonus + Carry

The firm is transforming how traditional industries adopt modern software and technology and has a strong track record with top-tier institutional partnerships. The Head of Finance and Operations will play a key role in scaling the firm and driving finance and operational processes. Responsibilities

Lead financial operations across funds, GP entities, and the management company, including audits, reporting, and fund administrator relationships.

Partner on fund structures, co-investment programs, LP due diligence, and investment closings.

Build operational policies, compliance frameworks, and valuation standards.

Collaborate with engineering to optimize systems and data processes.

Mentor a team and improve workflows across the platform.

Requirements

10+ years in venture capital, private equity, fund administration, or senior finance and operations roles.

Currently at another VC fund

Strong knowledge of fund mechanics, legal structures, reporting, and compliance.

Experience leading finance and operations functions with accountability.

Ability to work with IR teams on fund structures and investor engagement.

Financial acumen paired with operational skills and a focus on building scalable systems.
